InSpa Privacy Policy
CMH Partners, LLC, DBA InSpa, recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of information provided by users of the InSpa website (the Site).
INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THE SITE
When you create an account, sign in, update your profile, or use online booking, we process the information you provide and the account and booking information needed for those features. This includes your name, email address, phone number, optional gender information, sign-in information, marketing preferences, and service and appointment selections. We use a third-party service provider for account and booking functions. When you check appointment availability while signed in, your customer identifier and service selections are sent to this provider before you confirm an appointment. Service selections, such as prenatal massage, may reveal information about your health when linked to your account or other identifying information.
USE OF INFORMATION
InSpa will not reveal to any third party a user's personal information provided to us through the Site except in the following circumstances:
- We have your permission or consent to share the information;
- We need to share your information to order, ship, or otherwise provide the product or service you requested;
- We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf or in conjunction with InSpa to provide a product or service to you;
- We are responding to subpoenas, court orders or other legal proceedings; or
- We sell or acquire another business, or are acquired by another business, in which case such information may be one of the business assets transferred.
Email and text marketing choices are optional. Both choices start unselected when you create an account on this website. Your choices are stored as communication preferences in our account and booking system. You can change them in your account profile when profile editing is available. Selecting either option is not required to create an account or book an appointment. To request that promotional emails or text messages stop, or if you cannot edit your profile, email customerservice@inspa.com. Third parties will not contact our users through the use of our email newsletter lists except through advertisements within the newsletters themselves.
COOKIES AND BROWSER STORAGE
We use encrypted cookies to maintain sign-in, password-reset, and booking sessions. These cookies are configured to expire after up to four hours for sign-in, ten minutes for password reset, and thirty minutes for booking sessions, measured from when they are set. These periods describe cookie expiration, not how long account or appointment records are kept. Leaving the Site does not necessarily delete these cookies. The Site also uses browser session storage to help track pending account and booking requests and prevent duplicate submissions.
ONLINE CHAT
The Site automatically loads Intercom, a third-party customer support tool, including on booking pages. If you use its chat feature, the messages and contact details you submit are handled through Intercom. Intercom uses cookies and browser storage for visitor identification and conversation continuity. These identifiers may persist after you leave the Site and are separate from the sign-in and booking cookies described above.
Upon request, InSpa will remove users (and their information) from our database or permit them to "opt-out" of any further email contact from InSpa, its affiliates or those entities advertising on our website. To request removal, ask about access to your information, or make another privacy request, email customerservice@inspa.com.
GENERAL
InSpa is not responsible for the content or the privacy polices of websites to which it may provide links or the websites of those entities which advertise on our website.
InSpa uses reasonable precautions to keep the personal information disclosed to us by our users secure and to disclose such information only after obtaining permission from the user (except under the circumstances discussed above).
CHILDREN
The Website does not sell products for purchase by children. Our products are only for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the supervision and participation of a parent or guardian.
SECURITY
Website account information is password-protected for your privacy and security. You should protect against the unauthorized access to your password. In certain areas of our website, we use SSL-encryption to protect data that is transmitted. InSpa makes no claim, warranty or representation that even SSL level encryption is completely secure, and you provide such information at your own risk.
TERMS OF USE, NOTICES, AND CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY
If you choose to visit the Site, your visit and any dispute relating to privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions, including limitations on damages and application of the law of the State of Washington. InSpa reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy, the Site and the Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
