REWARDS MEMBERSHIPS & INSPA PASSES

On May 13, 2024, InSpa launched its new membership program called LOYALTY REWARDS MEMBERSHIP.

What is the new LOYALTY REWARDS MEMBERSHIP and how is it different from the previous InSpa Rewards Membership?

The LOYALTY REWARDS MEMBERSHIP is $45 per year and offers NEW benefits including POINTS and additional specials!

The membership includes:

  • 10% off all services, all year long
  • 10% off all products, at the spa, or online at InSpa.com
  • Earn points! $1 = 1 Point
  • Points can be redeemed for services or products
  • Monthly REWARDS OFFER
  • A birthday gift on your birthday week

Will I be locked into a contract?

InSpa Memberships are simple. No autorenewals. No contracts. The Loyalty Rewards Membership will expire one year from the purchase date.

When do benefits begin?

The same day you sign up for a Loyalty Rewards Membership you will receive 10% off your service and any product purchases. You will also earn points for the service you had that day PLUS 500 BONUS points for signing up.

What if I am already an existing InSpa Rewards Member?

Nothing changes, it only gets better!

On May 13th, 2024, you will be automatically upgraded to become a Loyalty Rewards Member at no additional charge!

You will continue to get your 10% discount on all products and services as you currently receive, as well as your monthly Rewards Offer.

PLUS, beginning May 13th, 2024, you will begin earning points on all “qualifying activities”. Points can be redeemed and applied to products or services! (More details below).

When your current Rewards Membership expires, you will have the opportunity to renew to the new LOYALTY REWARDS MEMBERSHIP.

How do I redeem my loyalty points?

You simply tell the front desk you would like to convert your points to a Bonus Note and apply it to your service or purchase.

Is there a minimum and maximum number of points I can convert to an InSpa Bonus Note and redeem at one time?

Yes. You can redeem your points as soon as you earn a minimum of 500 points, which is the equivalent of $5.00. Note you cannot redeem until you have reached $5.00.

There is also a maximum number of points you can redeem at one time. You cannot apply more than 2000 points, which is the equivalent of $20.00, to any service or product purchase.

You can convert your points in $5 increments, so when you reach $5, $10, $15 or $20 you can redeem and apply to services or products.

How can I check my point balance?

  • Sign in to your InSpa Account on InSpa.com to see your point balance.
  • See your earned points on the InSpa App.
  • Ask the front desk on your next visit to the spa.

InSpa will send a monthly email update of points earned.

Do loyalty points expire when the Rewards Membership expires?

No. You will be able to use your points for up to 6 months from the day of accrual.

Can I redeem their loyalty points on top of my 10% Rewards discount?

Yes. Loyalty points can be redeemed on top of a Rewards discount.

How are points calculated?

 

Points are calculated based on the net spend on “qualifying activities” rounded to the nearest dollar. The net spend is the amount spent on qualifying items after returns, discounts and taxes have been deducted. Additionally, any amount of the net spend that is paid for with InSpa Bonus Notes will be deducted before the reward is calculated.

 

What are the “qualifying activities”?

Points ARE awarded for the following actions:

  • Purchase of services
  • Purchase of products
  • Purchase of passes
  • Rebooking your service
  • Guest referrals
  • Special VIP Points Events

What are “non-qualifying” items?

Points are NOT awarded for the following actions:

  • Services purchased by redeeming your pass (though you DO earn points when you purchase the pass itself)
  • Gift card purchase (s)
  • Purchase of Membership. Guests receive bonus points for signing up but not points for the purchase of the membership itself.
  • Taxes
  • Tips

Can points be exchanged or cashed in actual currency?

No, points do not have a cash value, cannot be cashed out and can only be converted to an InSpa Bonus Note.

Can I share my membership with a family member or friend?

No, the InSpa Loyalty Rewards Membership is just for the guest who bought it; it is individual and non-transferable.

Can I give my points to a family member or friend?

No, the InSpa Loyalty Rewards Membership points are not transferable.

Can I use my 10% Loyalty Rewards Membership Discount on Injectables?

No, the 10% discount cannot be used for Injectables.

Do I earn points on injectables?

Yes!

How will I know what the monthly promotions are?

Rewards offers are emailed to you and are displayed in the spa. Please be sure we have your correct email address!

Why am I not receiving the monthly Rewards promos?

First, please check your spam or junk folder. If you are not receiving our emails you can check with your local store or contact us at customerservice@inspa.com.

Do I get my Rewards product discount on InSpa.com purchases?

Absolutely! Add your code at checkout to receive your discount. If you have not already received your code via email, please contact us and we will re-send it.

How do I sign up to get my free Birthday Gift?

When you purchase your Loyalty Rewards Membership you will have the option to provide your birthday information.  You can redeem your birthday gift any day during your birthday week!  We will send you an email a few weeks before to remind you to come on in for your free gift!

INSPA PASS

What is an InSpa Pass?

InSpa Passes are perfect for guests who like to get the most value for a series of the same service(s) by purchasing 6 services for the price of 5.

Can I use my InSpa Pass for another service?

Upgrades of the same type of service are allowed but no downgrades. Ex- If you have a Classic Pedicure Pass but you want to come in for a Signature Pedicure you can use your InSpa Pass and pay the difference of price, which in this case would be $10. If you have a Signature Pedicure Pass but you come in for a Classic Pedicure that would be considered a “downgrade,” and you will not be able to use your InSpa Pass.

Can I share my InSpa Passes?

Yes, InSpa Passes can be shared with family or friends.

Do I get a discount on InSpa Passes if I am a Rewards Member?

No, offers cannot be combined.

Are there any exclusions?

We offer InSpa Passes for all services except for Lash Extensions.

Do InSpa Passes expire?

They never expire.
