Shipping

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Orders over $50 ship for free. We will soon be posting details on our shipping policy.

How will I know when my order is shipped?

We will send you an email letting you know your order has shipped. You can also login to your account to check on your order status.

How can I track my order?

When your order is ready to be shipped, we will email you with tracking information.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Do not refuse the package if it was damaged during transit. We ask that you open the box to check if the product(s) is damaged as well. If the products(s) is damaged, please take pictures of the product(s) and the packaging and email us at customerservice@inspa.com. A replacement order will be sent once it is approved by our customer service team.

                       

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for all purchases made in-store or on InSpa.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your items for a refund via your original payment method.

Free return shipping is provided for InSpa.com purchases. Contact us at customerservice@inspa.com to begin your return process.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, we will process a full refund via your original payment method. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

Can I return or exchange my product(s) that were purchased on InSpa.com in-store?

Yes. 

Can I return or exchange my product(s) after the 30-day return window?

After the 30-day period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product(s) in the first 2 weeks after your purchase arrives to ensure you are satisfied.

What should I do if I did not receive my email confirmation?

First, please check your spam or junk folder. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please login to your InSpa.com account to make sure your order was received.

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. We are currently unable to use gift cards to process InSpa.com orders.

Is my credit card information protected on your site?

Our website uses the secure https protocol, and we do not retain credit card information on our site or servers after a transaction has been processed. 

Discounts & Promo Codes

How do I receive promo codes?

We will occasionally send out special promotional offers to our customers. Make sure your email is up to date in your account, so you don’t miss out! If you do not have an account with us, you can sign up to create an account for free.

How do I use my promo code?

Enter your promo or discount code in the “apply discount code” field at checkout. 

Why is my promo code not applying?

If you are having trouble applying your promo code, please check the expiration date of the offer and if there are any exclusions.

Can I combine discounts?

Discounts and promo codes cannot be combined, this includes the Rewards Member Discount.

I’m a Rewards Member, do I get my 10% discount on InSpa.com?

Absolutely! Add your code at checkout to receive your discount. If you have not already received your code via email, please contact us  and we will re-send it.

Gift Cards & eGift Cards

How do I check the balance of my gift card?

Check the balance of a physical gift card by calling 866-794- 4839.

I lost my gift card, what can I do?

Contact Us and we may be able to help. We will need the name of the purchaser, date of purchase, the amount and the approval code that is listed on your receipt.

How do I check the balance of my eGift card?

Check the balance of your eGift card by clicking here. You will need to click the link in the top right corner of the screen, labeled "Check a Card Balance"

I ordered an eGift card but did not receive it, who do I contact?

First, please check your spam or junk folders. If you did not receive your eGift card click here to resend the gift card. You will need the gift card number that is on your order confirmation and the recipient’s email. If you need further assistance, please fill out our Contact Us form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I return a gift card?

Gift cards and eGift cards are non-refundable.
