InSpa Courtesies & Policies


Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will allow time to check-in for your service and complete any information/changes necessary.

Cancellation Policy

Please phone us 24-hours prior to a cancellation or change of an appointment time. It will give us a chance to fill that appointment and maintain our great pricing and policies. We do require at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 100% cancellation charge.

Cell Phones

We ask that you refrain from talking on your cell phone and that it be placed on silent so that all our guests may enjoy their experience.


For the comfort of all our guests, and for safety purposes, children are not permitted in our spa unless receiving a service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. During the COVID pandemic, it can be difficult to tightly control movement and touching by children and toddlers. For this reason, for the time being, no one under the age of 12 will be allowed in the spa.
