Pour 3 or 4 capfuls in hot running bath. Soak for 15 minutes. May be used in the shower with a washcloth or mesh sponge to create an invigorating shower experience. Warnings: For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and eyelids. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. If irritation develops, discontinue use.
