Returns Policy
Return by Mail
At InSpa, your satisfaction is very important to us. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products in its original and complete condition along with its original packaging and a copy of the packing slip for a full refund, less shipping charge. Please include your name, email and phone number with your return. You are responsible for return postage. We urge you to use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.

Return Refunds and Credits
Product returns made by mail will be refunded in the form of the original payment method, if your product return is received within 30 days of the purchase date. We’re sorry but we cannot accept any returns after 30 days or not in its original condition. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
Returning an Order to an InSpa Store
Visit any InSpa store and return your product purchase within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please ensure that you bring the enclosed packing slip that was included in the original package, along with the item in its original and complete condition that you wish to return. An InSpa staff member will process your return at any InSpa store for store credit. Credits issued by an InSpa store cannot be redeemed online. These credits, however, can be used at any InSpa store location.
Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or applied as payments to any account unless required by law.

Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer exchanges for returned products
at this time.
Gift Card Balances
To check the balance of an InSpa gift card, contact any InSpa location and provide them with the unique number on the back of your gift card. You must have this number to check for a balance.
Shipping Methods and Rates
Our exclusive shipping carrier is UPS. UPS cannot deliver to Post Office boxes.
Standard Shipping Charges - UPS Ground
Flat shipping rate of $6.00 for each order.
UPS Next Day Air
Next Day Air flat shipping rate is $22.00. Next Day Air orders must be placed before 10:00 AM PST; otherwise they will be processed the following business day. Orders submitted after Friday 10:00 AM PST will be processed on the following Monday. We regret we do not offer Saturday delivery on Next Day Air at this time.
Order Status
Orders placed after 10: AM PST will not be processed until the next business day.
Please allow the following amount of time for the processing and shipping of a standard delivery charge order.
West Coast - 2 to 5 business days
Midwestern states - 3 to 7 business days
East Coast - 5 to 8 business days
Alaska and Hawaii – 4 to 5 business days
You may request UPS Next Day shipping for an additional charge.
If you want to check the status of your order, please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. If you have questions about your order, please email Customer Service and we would be happy to assist you.
International Shipping
We regret that we do not ship outside of the United States at this time for orders placed on InSpa.com.
